Hebrews 9:15-18

Key Verse:     So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him                                                                                                                     Hebrews 9:28 Study Questions:
·Whenever you see a therefore or other term of conclusion in scripture, stop to summarize what the main idea is preceding the verse.  Look at Hebrews 9:15, 18, 23 and identify the argument made before each of these verses. 
·Hebrews 9:16-17 seem to interject a concept that is not addressed in the rest of this passage.  Why mention a will?  Look carefully at Hebrews 9:15.  What promise does Jesus mediate? Looking at verses 15-17 as a whole, why did Jesus have to die?
